We continue your EFT and Matrix journey from your initial consultation.

In your initial session I will discuss your current issues, and your goals. I will then perform an assessment of your range of movement, joint mobility, restrictions and more and develop a treatment plan.

For clients who have already seen me previously. I will assess your current issues with some body assessment and work out a treatment plan for the session. At the conclusion of the session I will advise you on your progress.

For clients short on time, or those who have had full structural treatments and need some further minor adjustments. This session will address specific areas of pain or dysfunction (e.g neck pain).
